Blockchain work at Karakod starts from the compliance question rather than the consensus one. We build permissioned and public-chain systems in which identity, transfer restrictions and reporting live inside the contract logic — the model behind standards such as ERC-3643 for regulated token issuance. How we approach it

Most tokenisation projects run aground at the boundary between the contract and the rulebook. A transfer that is perfectly valid on-chain can still be invalid in the jurisdiction where it settles, so we model the restriction where it can actually be enforced: in the token itself. Identity-bound transfer rules, permissioned validator sets, and lifecycle control over issuance, redemption and recovery are decisions taken at design time rather than retrofitted after a legal review has already found the gap.

A regulated issuance pairs token economy design with smart contract development and an independent security audit. An enterprise network pairs private chain deployment with node operations and the integration work that makes the chain reachable from systems a business already runs.
